Back at it again with a story of sales engineers team activities, since the last month, we talked about what they’re learning about tooling systems that usually used in the die casting process. In this article, we will talk about the crucible that sales engineers learned for a month. As we mentioned before since early this year we’re doing an activity that increases sales knowledge of products and skills in communication.
The crucible that sales engineers learned called MOREX. It’s the brand name of crucible manufactured by TYK Corporation, is well known as the first carbon-bonded SiC in Japan. MOREX Crucible is used for melting and holding molten light alloys such as aluminum and copper with characteristics of high flux and oxidation resistance. The wide range of application, gas furnace, oil furnace, electric furnace and induction furnace of high/low frequency is also enables MOREX Crucible to meet users various operations.
The training they usually do is always 2 hours every week on Friday. After 3 weeks of meeting with the same topic of training, there’s a final test for all sales manage by product specialist to measure sales’ s knowledge. A week after the final test, these two pictures represent that sales engineer who got the best score and he did a role play to sell MOREX Crucible.
