Water based die release lubricant for Aluminium Die Casting, for medium sized machines which produces excellent casting surfaces. Creates no buildup on the sprayheads. This type of die lubricant performs well in high temperatures as well as in medium temperatures. It is also safe to use. Depending on how to apply the lubricant, this kind of lubricant can be diluted with about 80-150 parts of water. This rate will vary by the application method.
A higher dilution rate will be possible for automatic spray application, and a lower dilution ratio is usually appropriate for robotic or hand spraying applications.
