The furnace is one of the equipment needed in the Aluminum Casting process. It is an efficient solution for melting scraps, ingots, and other materials. Our melting furnaces and holding furnaces are made as per the client’s requirements, and the burners are customized based on the capacity of the furnace.

1.Melting Furnaces
Melting furnaces are used to overheat solid materials until they are liquefied. Thermal processing equipment is usually used to alter the surface or internal characteristics of materials by carefully elevating their temperature.
2.Holding Furnaces
Holding furnaces are small furnaces for holding molten metal produced in a larger melting furnace at a desired temperature for casting.
3.Cleaning Melting and Holding Furnaces
Is needed to keep the quality and the capacity of the molten. Cleaning melting and holding furnaces regularly (2-4 times a year) also can lengthen the furnace lifetime.
