Hello everyone, today’s topic is about to share an activity that the sales engineer team do every Friday. This activity called the internal meeting of the sales engineer team. Since early of this year we’re doing an activity that increases sales knowledge of products and skills in communication.
In the last month, the product specialist as a tutor for the sales engineer team gave them material from the suppliers for 2 hours every Friday. The last topic was about tooling systems in the die casting industry. After 3 weeks of meeting with the same topic of training, there’s a final test for all sales to measure sales’ knowledge. After all sales engineers did a test, they continued to the schedule of the weekly meetings.
The next week after the test, the product specialist gave a sales who got the best score a gift as a reward. We can see at the picture that sales got a little accessory that he got from the product specialist and also a sales engineer who got the best score and reward did a role play with others to give an example of how to sell the product that just learned.
